Job Description
- Design organization development budget and plan proposal in line with HR manager.
- Develop and prepare various policies and procedures for different company's departments in line with department heads and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness.
- Audit on the company's policies and procurers to ensure full compliance with the approved ones.
- Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with department heads.
- Update organization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees…etc on monthly basis for each department.
- Set the organization communication programs and manage it to ensure effective communication and retention purpose are met.
- Assess and evaluate company organization behavior to take the initiatives to design and develop programs for effective and fruitful organization behavior and communication.
- Design job analysis system including questionnaire and methodology used (one to one interview and observation) to serve company's objectives.
- Develop each position job description and follow up its yearly amendments.
- Develop each position key performance indicators, objectives, matrix of authority, manpower planning for existing jobs, reporting lines, career path...etc.
- Develop competency framework and its levels to ensure effectiveness and smooth work operations.
Job Requirements
- University degree in any field.
- 5 - 7 years' experience in the same field.
- HR Diploma its equivalent is a must.
- Excellent user of MS office.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent Data analysis and follow up skills.
- Excellent Problem solving and communication skills.
