Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Account abilities:

  • Monitoring and tracking of social media accounts.
  • Respond to any customer issue that comes through social media channels.
  • Finding insights leveraging several tools and information sources to identify key data, surveys, and articles.
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Youtube, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification to developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic and encouraging product adoption.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections .
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to identify key players and coordinate actions
  • Can manage SEO activities
  • Can manage Facebook ads and google Adwords campaign
  • Create , schedule and publish high quality social media content and digital events to promote and deliver traffic and viewer ship across platforms and extend reach & influence
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Proven working experience in social media or related field(Social Media especially twitter /blogging).
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text) and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytic tools knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge of SEO& CMS.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
  • Creative marketing skills & ability to think out of the box.
  • In-depth knowledge & understanding with different social media platforms.
  • Team player with the confidence to take the lead & guide department when necessary.
  • Public relations, Marketing, Customer service experience would be a plus.
