Job Description
We are leading pioneer manufacture of seafood appetizers fish processing company. And we are currently seeking a Talented, Well-Representative, Innovative, Creative, Responsible Business development team members , to develop and implement an effective business development strategy.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, opening new markets & new clients, and executing sales, marketing & products development progress that will meet pre-determined targets and increase our market share.
We want to launch our products in new markets, and we look forward to having you with us on the journey.

- Help in building business development department from scratch.
- Create, develop & implement new sales initiatives, strategies & programs.
- Create and update sales procedures & system to increase coverage rates & improve incoming sales interactions.
- Create positive and lasting relationships with vendors & suppliers.
- Help enhance brand image and awareness and social media presence in co-operation with marketing department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably marketing major.
- Experience in FMCG or package food sector.
- Experience in Restaurants Field.
- Experience in working within a team.
- Experience in sales role with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current &
prospective clients. - Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing sales contracts.
- Volunteer/civil work experience is a pluse.
- Worked or trained before at Al Mansour Holding Company - Food Products Sector.
