The role:

  • Raise customer Work Orders and managing project budgets and milestone delivery
  • Manage customer purchase orders and receipting practices, including producing detailed customer reports
  • Implementation of new ERP customer management system, including data entry, month-end processing, customer and internal reporting
  • Ownership of Key Performance Indicators
  • General administration and project related work

Job Requirements

To succeed :

  • Experience in dealing with customer projects and a good level of commercial acumen
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Excellent levels of numeracy
  • Advanced Excel and Word
  • ERP experience is a big advantage, as initially, the role will require significant time working in our ERP system to synchronize it with our tracker system
  • Ability to use Visio and experience of process mapping an advantage
