Job Description
- Revising the conditions booklet and checking the financial allocations of the introduced tender; as well as the offers submitted by the contractors and consultants.
- Preparing tender notes, committees’ decisions, biding decisions and ensuring the validity and legality of the analysis procedures technically and financially.
- Announcing technical tenders and its accessories in accordance with the Tender Conditions Law.
- Conduct contracting procedures with the contractors and consultants and ensuring the contract inclusion of all the penal conditions, time period, certified legal requirements, and any other needed requirements in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Supervising the provision of all the bank warranties, guarantees and insurances submitted by contractors and consultants in coordination with the financial department and confirming their return in case of non-anchoring.
- Carrying out registration process, classifying and evaluating the contractors and consultants according to the outcome of the technical accomplishment, compliance with the technical specifications of projects, and contracts concluded according to the certified policies in the authority.
