Job Description
- Manages SM communities and online properties along with the social CS members.
- Manages our social knowledge base of main info and F.A.Qs.
- Ensures all social media conversations are handled in the planned time and manner.
- Supervises community relations in social media.
- Keeps track and reports on social media KPIs via different methods. 4%
- Gives SMM insights and trends via trend updates, performance analysis, competitor tracking, news tracking, and trials.
- Ensures SM content pieces are adhering to brand guidelines, channels, and content assets.
- Proofreads any copy or external content for spelling, grammar, and basically tone of voice.
- Contributes to creating and editing the content marketing plan items (e.g: content themes, campaigns, visuals, personas, ..).
- Develops the actual social media plan.
- Creates detailed digital tactical/action plans with other team members.
- Advises on the tactical plan implementation as an extension to his/her own.
- Cooperates with different stakeholders in order to meet needed objectives
- Prepares detailed social media advertising strategy and campaigns.
- Initiates and implement advertising campaigns to reach planned objectives.
- Optimizes advertising campaigns, sets, and pieces to ensure best cost-efficiency.
- Mixes various of social media advertising techniques to ensure the best performance.
