Job Description
- Manage the development and maintenance of the company systems and network infrastructure, including the deployment of the new solution architecture
- Manage a team of systems , Data base and network administrators
- Ensure the planning for the upgrades for all systems/Network/DB
- Plan/Implement the clustering of the current solution
- Develop Network, systems and processes used by customers/other teams designed to increase productivity
- Lead the commissioning and configuration of systems, networks and equipment including hardware, and software.
- Ensure efficient performance and deployment of appropriate support services
- Lead on and develop the system recovery processes to minimize the risk and impact of a serious disaster and threats to continuity including management of the appropriate back up regime
- To be responsible and accountable for the budget planning and submission
- Create documentation and train users on supported applications
- Provide support for after-hours activities such as upgrades and implementation that may occur on weekends, evenings or holidays
- Develop reports required by other departments.
- Ensure all the Database administration activities are done properly
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering , or Computer Science is preferable
- Systems ( Linux/Unix ) & Network administration experience is a MUST
- Microsoft , Help-desk & IT experience is totally NOT relevant to the Job
