Job Description
- Administrative and secretarial responsibilities including managing the filing system
- Supervising applying the office policies, procedures and requirements.
- Handling phone calls and emails.
- Handling customers' inquiries and complains.
- Following up for collecting sales regular reports.
- Managing excuses and attendance procedures and report to the HR Manager.
