  • Customer Service Representative serves as a direct point of contact for the customer by all forms of communication.
  • He/she communicates with the customer through a variety of means by telephone, mail, fax, presentations or in person.
  • Customer service main task and responsibility to facilitate and ensure that organization's customer receive an adequate level of service or help related to their question and concern.
  • Duties may include receiving and placing telephone calls.
  • Maintains solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Performs data entry and uses software programs
