Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
- Manage customers' accounts.
- Follow up on customer interaction.

- 6 working days and 1 days off "Rotational"
- 9 working hours " Rotational for boys fixed for girls from 8-5" and 1 hour break.

- Fluent to very good English
- Experience in using the Booking systems is a Must (Amadeus/Galileo)
