About the Job

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build a good Rapport with Clients over the phone.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle customer and service inquiries.
  • Manage customers' accounts.
  • Follow up on customer interaction.

Working Conditions:

  • 6 working days and 1 days off "Rotational"
  • 9 working hours " Rotational for boys fixed for girls from 8-5" and 1 hour break.
  • Work Location: Maadi
Job Requirements
  • Fluent to very good English
  • Experience in using the Booking systems is a Must (Amadeus/Galileo)
  • Graduates ONLY can apply.
  • Egyptians only.
  • Excellent communication & problem solving Skills.
