Job Description
- Leads specification, design, analysis and development of industrial projects to increase productivity efficiency.
- Evaluates and validates design alternatives to create optimum process designs.
- Leads the teams of technicians through industrialization activities for set up and improving manufacturing process.
- Responsible about implementation of Industrial projects
- Present a member of technical department: analyze of material flow machine capacity and ergonomics.
- Industrial development for new products, new workshop or new process.
- Responsible of filling company different designs.
- Responsible to apply management strategy (5S / Help for maintenance … )
- Respect and follow up budget + investment budget.
- Responsible of innovation to find creative solutions for problems and maintain cost reduction strategy.
- Take role in the development processes of new products and perform design reviews.
- Perform detailed costing studies on parts to analyze the cost breakdown.
- Maintain and grow knowledge in newest manufacturing methods and utilize in industrialization analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance within the industrialization group and to other resources
- Lead prototyping activities
- Assess and review materials requirements and specifications and provide technical direction or consultation.
- Seek innovative materials that improve reliability, performance and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
- Education: Required a university degree in Engineering – production and mechanical design dep.
- Languages: Fluent English
- Computer skills:Ability to learn new software
Knowledge:
- Material flow background
- Manufacturing (Lean) experience
- Project management
- Planning & execution experience
- Continuous improvement (5S, 6 sigma, 7 waste, Lean)
