Job Description
- We’re seeking a Front End Developer to help and redesign our customer-facing web experiences. As part of the team, you'll work on constructing the new framework that we're building x and your tasks will include adding new features to the framework.
- The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who writes simple, composable, testable, reusable and well-documented UI code and components and should demonstrate a strong array of architecture, design and front-end development experience. You will approach, and you should be familiar and comfortable with, complex user flows and you will be responsible for designing and executing solutions.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
Job Requirements
- Proven software development experience in PHP
- Understanding of open source projects
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
- Having a working experience with Linux is a plus.
- Having a working experience of WordPress is a plus.
- Having a working experience of Laravel is a plus.
- Having a working experience of Magento is a plus.
- Self-motivated, curious, creative and passionate about technology.
- Effective organizational, time management, facilitation and prioritisation skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
