Research prospective accounts, pursue leads and pitch products to B2B customers.
Analyze market opportunities and create more B2B demand in the targeted market.
Identify B2B business opportunities and align business units to secure those opportunities.
Build and manage strategic relationships with B2B customers.
Negotiate and close deals.

Job Roles: Business Development Sales/Retail

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing or related field.
3-8 years’ work experience in sales, marketing or business development.
Experience in retail sales and fashion. (MUST)
Strong understanding of sales drivers, research, prospecting and selling.
Attention to detail: Applying quality standards to all tasks undertaken and ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
Commercial Orientation: Keeping commercial aspects continually in mind when taking actions or making decisions.
Customer Focus: Understanding the needs of the customer when taking actions or making decisions.
Familiarity with business proposals: Methods and techniques for preparing and presenting proposals, business cases, and statements of work.
Familiarity with presentation methods and techniques for delivering effective presentations.
Ability to build strategic relationships and close deals.
Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
Attention to details.
Problem solving skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
