Job Description
- To attain customer satisfaction and build a strong after sales service support in North Africa Markets.
- To handle product complaints, field failures, vehicle field performance and carrying out technical evaluation and analysis of such complaints and failures.
- Conducting distributor manpower training on product & service systems like warranty, parts ordering.
- Organizing retention activities like service campaigns, installation, Service Package to achieve Service Retention.
- Implementation of after sales process and systems.
- Achieve spare sales & accessories sales target for the North Africa Zone.
- Internal reviews with the sales and service teams.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews
- Distributor network expansion and determining dealer viability for 1S, 2S and 3S outlets.
- Customer database creation, monitoring and maintenance for customer relationships.
- Monitoring competition and assist to formulate strategies to counter competition.
- Key account management (KAM).

- After sales & service / Service engineer support service advisor / after sales support, testing, Installation, servicing, Spare parts sales, Service Packages, preventive maintenance, Service Campaigns, Distributor management, new distributor appointment
Desired Candidate Profile
- Young & Energetic, ready to travel in North Africa Markets.
- Should be fluent in Arabic & English. French is added advantage.
- Degree in Automobile Eng. / Mechanical Eng.
- Work Experience of 8-10 yrs. in Automobile line
