Job Description
- Implement, manage and evaluate the system of internal controls to determine operational and business risks by conducting thorough audit testing supported with clear documentations.
- Utilize applications to collect and aggregate information for audit analysis.
- Track, analyze, evaluate in-store sales data to identify errors and/or exceptions related to audits.
- Follow up and recommend solutions for process improvement to key stakeholders.
- Regular internal reviews with the In-Store HQ team & branches to drive positive business growth.
- Provide training, coaching, business counsel to key stakeholders to improve team processes and rituals & routines.
- Ensure audit projects are completed properly, timely and accurately and in alignment with best practices, department guidelines and industry standards
- Conduct special investigations and perform project assignments and ad hoc requests as needed by the Director GIA and HQ team.
- Responsible for escalating discrepancies, disparities and processes.
- Handle & effectively manage confidential information
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing by adopting appropriate communication style to individuals at all levels of the organization and remaining open to disagreement or new ideas

- حماية أصول الشركة فيما يخص مُراقبة تحركات المخزون الألية والحفاظ عليها.
- رقابة وضبط أرصدة المخازن مما يُسهل عملية البيع ويؤدي ذلك إلي عدم وجود مشاكل في تسليمات للعملاء.
- التأكد من أن جميع الأرصدة صالحة للبيع ولا تتضمن أي كسر ضمن الرصيد الفعلي بأستمرار لضبط أرصدة المخازن لحظه بلحظه مما يُساعد علي تقليل شكاوى العملاء.
- القيام بعمل المُطابقات الدورية بين الدفاتر والفعلي والنظام الألي لظبط الأرصدة وإكتشاف الأخطاء أول بأول وتقديم التوصيات لعدم تكرار الأخطاء.
- التأكد من الألتزام بسياسات وإجراءات الشركة فيما يخص قبول المُرتجعات وإدخالها من حيث (التون والسي وتاريخ الفاتورة ومدة السماح للعملاء).
- طباعة أذون الصرف ألياً ومُراجعتها ومُطابقتها مع الفاتورة كل بند علي حدى قبل تسليمها للسائقين و/أو العملاء.
- المُساهمة في أعمال المُطابقات الدورية بين الأرض، والدفتر، والنظام الألي للتأكد من ظبط أرصدة المخازن. علماً بأنه لا يتم التعديل على أرصدة المخازن إلا بمُستندات رسمية يتم الإحتفاظ بها.
- مُتابعة المُرتجعات في كل الفروع وتسليمها بالفرع الرئيسي.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce or business Administration
- Good English written & spoken
- ERP experience is preferred
- Excellent Excel practices
