Job Description
- Marketing our projects by telephone to previous customers and new potential customers.
- Explain and promote projects with offers to customers to activate the process of selling.
- Follow-up inquiries about projects in all ways (via telephone, WhatsApp, E-mail).
- Meet the goals of monthly sales according to what is required.
- Receive and Handle inbound calls received on the company’s hotline number.
- Follow-up Customer and help them make the right decision
- Works to achieve key performance indicators assigned by Telesales Supervisor.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Fill in daily reports and does all the necessary documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- Background in the real estate Telesales is a must.
- Sales oriented.
- Negotiation skills.
- Very good English language.
- Very good Microsoft Office user.
