Job Description
Main Duties:
- Develops the company's annual business plan and budget in line with the company's strategic direction.
- Develops and recommends an integrated plan to raise the company's market share and increase profitability.
- Plans the company's marketing and promotional activities to improve the company's image and increase sales.
- Establishes the objectives of the company and identifies methods and procedures for achieving such objectives.
- Develop pricing plans based on market analysis, competitors and marketing plans.
- It sets goals for the company and works to achieve these goals by directly monitoring the operations of each department.
- Ensures that the company's operations comply with the approved regulations and regulations and is responsible for ensuring the implementation of the contractual agreements of the company with others.
- Review and check periodically the work procedures followed by department managers, and make sure that they conform to the standards adopted in the company and recommends the necessary improvements.
- Analyzes potential deals and evaluates the company's participation in tenders.
- Directs the sales of the company to achieve the highest distribution and promotion of products and maintain an ideal level of inventory.
- Directs all marketing functions to ensure that the company's goals and strategies are achieved.
- Decide and assess all factors that may affect market planning, such as economic climate, competitive situation, sales trend, and legislative actions in the country.
- Evaluate operating results and review strategies regularly.
Regularly visits the branches and sales staff to keep abreast of the working conditions that affect the company's operational productivity. - Any addition, deletion or sale of any of the Company's fixed assets is proposed.
- Assesses the performance of all managers and seeks to improve their skills.
- Review staff performance appraisals, suggest salary increases, and promotions.
- Ensures clarity of responsibilities and authorities for all supervisory levels within the company.
- Continues and maintains the company's relations with government departments, customers and suppliers.
- Review and approve the financial data and analysis of the company and the explanations required.
- Accounts receivable are reviewed periodically.
- The expenses of the Company shall be based on purchases and expenses, in a manner not inconsistent with the powers of the Board of Directors.
- Review and approve all invoices for contracts and payments due to suppliers.
- All inventory adjustments shall be adopted at the end of the year if necessary, in a manner not inconsistent with the powers of the Board of Directors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management preferably Masters.
- 8-10 years of experience in the same field, with a minimum of two years as general manager.
- Has the ability to communicate and manage personnel.
- Has the ability to organize, delegate and assign responsibilities.
- Has the ability to continuously improve and raise the quantity and quality efficiency.
- Has the ability to work budgets, planning and formulation goals.
- Has the ability to maintain excellent relations with external and internal environments.
