Job Description
- Responsible for Preparing technical and material submittals.
- Prepare and review designs & shop drawings.
- Coordinate Architecture, Civil & MEP projects drawings.
- Coordinate various projects between technical office, sites and designers (architectural, structural & MEP)
- Participate in daily technical office activities (quantity surveying, contracts and bids).
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works.
- Prepare & Review the construction method statements and risk assessments and develop work methods.
- Track changes to the design or construction work.
- Reviewing subcontractors' invoices.
- Study and prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear, conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during construction.
- Review outsourced Engineering offices’ drawings and coordinate their approval process.
- Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications.
