About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Handling Spanish Customers Over the phone
  • The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience standards

Working Conditions:

  • 9 hours rotational within 8 a.m and 11 p.m.
  • 2 days off
  • Work location :- Smart village / Horizon - or Maadi (upon availability)

Job Benefits:

  • Net salary :- 3,800 EGP + 1175 KPI's + 1500 Overtime scheme on Monthly basis

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Good or Very Good in Spanish is a MUST And Excellent English
