Maintain overall Site Performance.
Responsible of key vendors’ daily reporting.
Monthly Vendor Assessment, and monthly dashboard.
Responsible of Quarterly Meeting with all key Vendors.
Support Marketing Team in preparing vendors for campaign.
Handle complaints and make follow-up calls to clients.
Provide Capacity Plans for Call Center-based Vendors.
Perform various tasks including, report automation, technical training, premium Listing, Vendor reactivation project, inventory management...etc.
Support Sales Team in finalizing Sales Deals from Operational Perspective.
Launch new cities supporting sales expansion.

Professional Experience:

3-5 years of experience in operations/compliance or analysis based job
Fluency in English and Arabic language.
Advanced knowledge of MS especially Excel.
Advanced Communication, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Attention to details skills.
