- Handling the end to end Talent Acquisition process.
- Ensuring organizational charts are updated.
- Conducting employee onboarding and maintain and updating all the employee records.
- Promote and manage the performance management and talent management process.
- Manage employee relations counseling, grievances, and disciplinaries.
- Manage the onboarding and exit formalities.
- Assist in implementing the employee engagement and CSR activities.
