Job Description

FUNCTIONAL AREA

  • Call center

REPORTS TO

  • Manager / Welcome Center

PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • Receive customer calls for servicing defective machines with minimum ringing, hold time and minimum talk time and be the primary contact/adviser for client and support staff on all escalation initiations

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering customer queries and Assist in solving minor –non-technical - problems.
  • Log customer calls on the system and ensure customer data base is updated during call receipt
  • Obtain call closures details on all dispatched calls.
  • Judge if the customer problem can be solved by Remote Technical support Specialist.
  • Answering the incoming call within 20 seconds in average.
  • Validate client details and requirements on data entry, categories and deal with appropriately

Job Requirements

BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICAIONS.

  • University degree (any).
  • Very good English language.:
  • Excellent customer handling.
  • Computer knowledge .
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Experience in customer facing role
