FUNCTIONAL AREA

PURPOSE OF ROLE
-
Receive customer calls for servicing defective machines with minimum ringing, hold time and minimum talk time and be the primary contact/adviser for client and support staff on all escalation initiations
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering customer queries and Assist in solving minor –non-technical - problems.
- Log customer calls on the system and ensure customer data base is updated during call receipt
- Obtain call closures details on all dispatched calls.
- Judge if the customer problem can be solved by Remote Technical support Specialist.
- Answering the incoming call within 20 seconds in average.
- Validate client details and requirements on data entry, categories and deal with appropriately
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICAIONS.
- University degree (any).
- Very good English language.:
- Excellent customer handling.
- Computer knowledge .
- Ability to work in a team.
- Experience in customer facing role
