Job Description
- Analysis of project cost
- Cost break down

- Review the POs and validate it according to the budget
- Review the procurement plan and material list and prices
- Prepare cost reports, actual cost vs budget
- Cost variance, Issue EV report

- Allocate budget for risks according to risk management plan
Job Requirements
- At least 4 years + work experience in cost control and planning and scheduling for major construction project.
- University Degree in Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Window Based PC packages and Primavera.
- Knowledge in ERP system is a plus.
