Job Description

Reception:

  • Responsible for maintaining the company main gate according to Schindler standards.
  • Meeting visitors, and informing related employee.
  • Receiving phone calls in a professional manner, meeting customer's high expectations and transfer calls to related employee.
  • Responsible for all correspondences from/to the company according to company regulations. (Faxes, mail, invoices) and to distribute to related department.
  • Handling office administration issues, problems & call backs with related suppliers regarding: Security, Cleaning company, copier machines & air conditions.
  • Responsible for gathering employees leave requests.
  • To update the leaves balance on monthly basis.
  • Responsible for time sheet registration to the system on monthly basis and according to agreed schedule with the Personnel Manager.
  • Handling the employee needs.
