Job Description
Reception:
- Responsible for maintaining the company main gate according to Schindler standards.
- Meeting visitors, and informing related employee.
- Receiving phone calls in a professional manner, meeting customer's high expectations and transfer calls to related employee.
- Responsible for all correspondences from/to the company according to company regulations. (Faxes, mail, invoices) and to distribute to related department.
- Handling office administration issues, problems & call backs with related suppliers regarding: Security, Cleaning company, copier machines & air conditions.
- Responsible for gathering employees leave requests.
- To update the leaves balance on monthly basis.
- Responsible for time sheet registration to the system on monthly basis and according to agreed schedule with the Personnel Manager.
- Handling the employee needs.
