Job Description
- Achieve annual sales plan.
- Open new markets and contribute in maximizing the company market share in
- Develop new plans to enhance market penetration & distribution.
- Ensure relationship building with current customers and manage an efficient distribution and dealer network to improve sales.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in assigned area through creative promotional strategies to attract more customers.
- Assess new business opportunities.
- Improve daily sales execution plan in all accounts.
- Analyze and modify any deviations in sales plan.
- Review sales reports.
- Follow-up on subordinates' targets, monthly progress, performance appraisal.
- Coaching, motivating & retaining team members.
- Handle customers on credit.
Job Requirements
- Minimum age 30 years.
- 5+ Years of experience in Sales.
- English speaking.
- Owns a Car is a Must.
- Can travel Sharm Elsheikh or Hurghada.
- Married.
