Job Description
- Complete make ready in accordance with the job ticket and product specs ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and aniloxs are utilized.
- Set and maintain print registration, color matching, varnishes, and coatings.
- Responsible for completing all required quality checks related to product specifications, visual, and functional checks.
- Maintain consistent quality during the production run to include copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion.
- Perform preventative maintenance on the press such as lubrication, replacement of small parts, cleaning, replacing and setting roller adjustments and other moving parts as required.
- Use of micrometers, calipers, and color spectrometers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- At least 2 years of experience operating
