Job Description
- This role is sometimes known as ‘Account Handler’ and involves acting as a crucial link between an ad agency and its clients.
- Your role includes understanding the goals of your clients.
- Then you must organize the creative and administration staff within the agency; finally, you need to assist them in the creation of campaigns that effectively sell the clients’ products and services.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
- Hands on experience with customer service
- An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
