Job Description

  • Achieve sales, profit and market share objectives in line with the CU Annual Sales Plan through monthly performance analysis
  • Establishing/Developing positive long-lasting relationships and communication channels with the distributor’s teams and customers.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about products and market.
  • Dealing with any customer queries or complaints
  • Absorb market challenges by alternative solutions.
  • Ordering and managing stock.
  • Recruiting and training staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 4-6 Years Experience in FMCG, Outdoor sales field Preferred
  • Males Only
  • Maximum Age : 32
  • V.Good English
  • Have good analytical skills.
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Communication and negotiations skills.
  • Dynamic and Presentable.
  • Leadership capabilities and spirit.
  • Preferably Cairo residence.
  • Confidence, Managing and motivating staff.
  • The ability to work well on his own and also as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Good business sense and a professional manner.
  • Eager to implement sales targets, prepare statistics and forecasts.
  • Microsoft office skills.
