- Developing Org Charts, JDs and KPIs
- Developing Organization Competencies (Behavior – Technical)
- Assisting managers to develop SOPs
- Maintain Job Evaluation System
- Formulate departmental objectives and KPIs
- Developing and applying Performance management system
- Setting Performance standards and analyzing performance gap
- Extracting training needs and sitting training plan
Job Requirements
- Extended education in HR with Minimum 8 years related experience
- Pharmaceutical experience is preferred, Manufacturing is essential
- Good understanding of business and market needs
- Solid knowledge of extracting KPIs and analyzing jobs
