Job Description

  • The Operations Administrative Assistant role supports the operations team with a focus on administrative work & compeat inventory support.
  • This position provides an opportunity to gain insight into the operations department of group of companies and valuable work experience by interfacing with people across various departments and at various levels of the organization.
  • This is a primarily administrative position in a fast paced and highly interactive work environment.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry of Field Purchase Orders (Standard POs only)
  • Maintain Rental Sheets and Rental Purchase Orders
  • Prepare month end accrual reports
  • Purchase Order and payment investigation
  • Monitor VIM workspace to ensure timely resolution of exception items
  • Request Vendor Setups
  • Respond to and support vendors and head office
  • Maintain Vehicle Records
  • Maintain OH invoices
  • Create and Track Work Orders from start to finish
  • Provide Operations with Summary Reports
  • Assist with maintenance of equipment system
  • Assist Operations with developing presentations
  • General office management duties
  • Responsible for coordinating training and meeting events
  • Other various duties as required
