Job Description

About the Job

  • Conduct job analysis, update jobs descriptions and specifications.
  • Establish, maintain and enrich applicants’ database.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using a database, Social Media, etc...
  • Deal and coordinate with recruitment services providers.
  • Communicate with candidate for screening phone calls and arranging face to face interviews.
  • Design and post jobs advertisements using appropriate channel/s.
  • Screen resumes and prepares short-lists for senior level reference.
  • Develop, schedule and administrate testing and filtration process.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications.
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Negotiating salary packages with potential clients
  • Promote company's reputation.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Appropriate Bachelor degree
  • HR academic studies/professional training is a MUST
  • 3-5 years of solid experience in recruitment activities is a MUST
  • Excellent in MS Office
  • Excellent English language
  • Organized
  • Ability to analyze and conclude
  • Detail - Oriented
