- Following up with brokers around customs procedures.
- Putting the primary budget for each shipment.
- Handling the shipping requests with shipping lines or forwarders.
- Following up on the financial statements for each shipment with accounting.
- Studying how to minimize costs by analyzing data. Is an integral part of the job.

- The Excellent user of MS Excel (advanced functions & data analysis)
- Attention to details and organized personality is a must.
- Background knowledge about shipping and customs clearance is a plus.
- Excellent command of English written and spoken.
- Technical Skills in logistics and clearance processes is (important).
- Distinctive negotiation & communications skills.
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related field. (Accounting is a plus)
