Job Description
- Sell travel, maintain and follow clents
- Proposes strategies to development the profitability of the agency
- Analyzes sales figures and forecasts future sales volume
- Analyzes market trends in the travel industry and makes recommendations for improvement
- Ensures that company procedures, guidelines and standards are followed in the areas of: customer service, ticketing, attendance, accuracy of work, invoicing etc. for assigned employees
- Responsible for ensuring all staff are fully trained on office standards, new enhancements and products
- Manage and motivate the team to increase and close sales
- Researches and provides solutions to escalated travel-related issues from clients
- Foster a positive team environment and provide strong leadership

- Experienced (5+ years) managerial level in working in a Travel Agency.
