Job Description
- Contacts and negotiates vendors for prices
- Responsible for purchase requests
- Purchase orders
- Communicate with the accountant for swifts
- Coordinate with both companies (3Brothers, ICC) either for reporting or inquiries.
- Responsible for shipping
- Freights and forwarders and guarantees the best prices and lowest costs
- Coordinates with the accounting department for invoices and supports monthly closing reports on time.
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in the Import field.
- Females only
- Excellent communication skills.
- Accounting, finance, Supply chain major from a reputable university.
- Certificates related to the field are preferred.
- Excellent in using MS Office.
- Fluent English speaker
- Presentable
- Lives in New Cairo or nearby
