Job Description
- Supporting Employee needs for all IT operational related requirements
- Sharing with the IT Manager in the implementation of SAP Project
- Frequent & Ad-Hoc Hardware maintenance
- Frequent & Ad-Hoc Software maintenance
- Contact the external supplies & maintenance providers to guarantee the smooth business flow of all IT related operations
- Prepare IT requirements & forecast all possible needs to avoid any downtime
Job Requirements
- A graduate of a reputable university, preferably in IT field
- 2-5 years of experience in help desk, IT operations, network & supporting users for software & hardware troubleshooting
- Full dedication to work & immaculate ethical standards
- Customer Orientation & Supportive Attitude
- Ability to Learn & acquire new responsibilities.
