Job Description
- Responsible for everything that goes on in the store's website. Including the following: All items being sold are up-to-date, have correct sizes, prices, ..etc. making sure that all links are working, updating the database, and overlooking customer service.
- In addition, he/she should respond to emails, answer phone messages from clients and suppliers within 24 hours, overlooks logistics activities, and keep a close eye on the database of the inventory.
- Needs to know what products need to be replenished or changed.
- Responsibility of sales is a key.
- Thinking of how to attract customers is important.
- Listing clear store policies is critical.
Job Requirements
- Must be very skilled in working with the computer, the internet, and has Search Engine Optimization (SEO) skills.
- Must be very well organized, results oriented, has very good eye for details.
- Should have excellent people skills and communication abilities to deal with customers over the phone or online, and be a great team player where interaction with different internal departments is key for success.
