Job Description

  • Provide assistance to the HR Department and the department manager
  • Provide word-processing and secretarial support in Human resources areas.
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Respond to public inquiries

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human resources or business Administration
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Presentable, professional and hardworking attitude
