Job Description
- Establish, update, maintain, and manage/develop the talent inventory/ promising resources pool
- Identify required level/job competencies in coordination with business
- Conduct assessment of capabilities within organization and measure talent effectiveness through talent metrics & analytics
- Implement the performance management framework
- Provide guidance and governance for operational remuneration activities that will be delivered via other HR functions.
- Follow-up with managers on performance management process (setting of objectives, performance appraisals, assuring consistency, etc.)
- Manage recognition plans/ events
- Oversee promotion requests from performance appraisal as well as ad hoc promotion requests during the year to ensure fairness and consistency
Job Requirements
- BSC. in Business Administration / any discipline.
- HR MBA is preferable.
- 7 – 10 years of experiences in Organization Development
- Previous work experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG companies
- High analytical skills and communication proficiency.
- Emotional intelligence skills
