Job Description
Working as a link between the customs clearance and the client regarding the speed and accuracy of its implementation of the clearance procedures for its shipments to ensure the satisfaction of the client and provide the operations supervisor Powell first position of all shipments.
- Receipt of documents for the shipment from the client and its review.
- Follow up the arrival of shipments and send the delegate to withdraw the delivery authorization upon arrival.
- Submit the documents to the clearance supervisor for the commencement of the proceedings
- Sending a daily report to the customer in case of shipment.
- Receive a daily report from the Clearance Supervisor to update the customer report.
- Receive the clearance from the clearance supervisor to update the client file and submit it to the Documentation section.
- Review the required fees from the client and verify their validity

Sending the required fees to the customer and receiving the checks and handing over to the clearance supervisor

- Minimum a relevant bachelor degree.
Experience & Knowledge
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Familiar with Logistics & Supply Chain terminologies.
