Job Description
- Review open sales orders to assure timely release and fulfillment
- Telephone communication with customers regarding payment status
- Transmit and follow up on customers received sales invoices and it has no objection
- Setup a weekly plan for the collection team
- Coordinate and schedule customer account collection
- Sending Customer statement on regular basis and confirm balances with Customers
- Provide back-up administrative and clerical office support in the following areas:
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for team members and business visitors
- Follow up on import documentation requirements for customs clearance o Keep and maintain an accurate record of transactions, cheques and correspondence with the bank
- Monitor the renewal of the company documents (Commercial Registry, Tax ID and Importers/Exporters ID)
- Assisting manager with other job duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration is preferred
- 2 years of experience in a related field
- Fluent command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Assists in Operations
