Job Description

  • Review open sales orders to assure timely release and fulfillment
  • Telephone communication with customers regarding payment status
  • Transmit and follow up on customers received sales invoices and it has no objection
  • Setup a weekly plan for the collection team
  • Coordinate and schedule customer account collection
  • Sending Customer statement on regular basis and confirm balances with Customers
  • Provide back-up administrative and clerical office support in the following areas:
  1. Make travel and accommodation arrangements for team members and business visitors
  2. Follow up on import documentation requirements for customs clearance o Keep and maintain an accurate record of transactions, cheques and correspondence with the bank
  3. Monitor the renewal of the company documents (Commercial Registry, Tax ID and Importers/Exporters ID)
  4. Assisting manager with other job duties as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration is preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Fluent command of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Assists in Operations
