Job Description
- Develop new business via telephone and email to introduce the client’s solution/services in the U.S. and Canada
- FUN work environment
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead, follow-up with existing clients and make outbound calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Achieve monthly sales quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline
Job Requirements
- Perfect English or Native Speaker.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills a must.
- Working Shift is based on the US Eastern Time Zone.
- Self-directed problem solver with a demonstrated ability to organize & prioritize
- Listening skills—proven experience listening to customer feedback and adjusting to meet needs
- Digital, software sales/service experience is a plus
- Experience in developing new business from prospects as well as existing customers
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required
- Demonstrated ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment
- Demonstrated ability to use online tools, CRM software, and MS Office
