Job Description
- Prepare training material (Training Manuals, presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshops.
- Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Maintain quality service by setting up and enforcing organization standards n
Job Requirements
- Holding at least one of the technical certification “MCITP , MCSA 2012, CEH, CCNA , CCNP, Redhat , Juniper , CWNP “.
- Must possess excellent presentation skills, initiative, strong work ethic and dependability; and be able to deal effectively with people. Ability to work under spressure is esential.
- Min Experience: 2 years
