Job Description
- Develops and administers training programs for employees
- Assesses training and development needs for partner organizations and beneficiaries including parents, school teachers, Baseera staff members, government officials and relevant stakeholders.
- Helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge
- Creates training manuals
- Conducts workshops and informational sessions
- Monitors training for effectiveness and to achieve return on investment from sessions.
Job Requirements
- University Degree
- Degree or accreditation in workshop delivery is highly desirable
- Experience in training in the NGO field is highly relevant
- Experience with training program accreditation is highly relevant
