Job Description
- To follow up on all carried out operations in internal system
- Following on the execution of orders till accomplishment
- Respond to customers ( CRM Team) inquiries/requests on time
- Follow up with customers, operations branches & dispatchers to ensure orders fulfillment
- Prepare Trucking documents to finance for invoicing and AP settle
- The role includes improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of the company procedures and processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in field
- Proficiency in the use of computer
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English
