Job Description

York Towers is a Multinational Company in Real Estate Developments and investments industry. It's active in real estate services, marketing and consultancy and working in several countries in Middle East and Europe. York Towers provides products and services to its customers in nearly 11 countries: Britain, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, Morocco, Georgia, Emirates, Tunisia, Cyprus, Qatar and Egypt.

  • Contact potential customers through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services.
  • Help the customer to Find the property which matching his needs and budget.
  • Help the customer to invest in real-estate by giving him advise and recommendation.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince customers and secure a consulting deal.
  • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
  • Support preparing the properties up for sale to advertising them on various media.
  • Carry out the marketing of property vacancies to attract the customers.
  • Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in customer support, customer services,sales,or a related field,
  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Language: Excellent in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Focused on customer service,
  • Ability to assess customers needs and provide correct answer,
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
