Job Description
- Prepare proposals & tenders as requested from sales team.
- Coordinate with all internal teams for compiling all the required inputs (Technical Office Team, Operations Team, Business Development Team & Finance Team)
- Amend the multiple iterations from the same proposal/tender for the same client as needed
- Align with the Company's managing director for required exceptions when needed
- Complete the relevant reports for work progress & analyze the relevant performance indicators of sales support activities.
Job Requirements
- Experience with HVAC tenders & proposals between 1 – 3 years
- Engineering Degree from an accredited university
- Excellent Planning & Implementation for Project Schedules & Multiple Priorities
- Proven communication & coordination skills between different teams within a strict time frame.
