Job Description
- Responsible for establishing long & short term strategy for the HR different functions .
- Setting the short & long term vision for the Human resources
- Setting long & short term objectives for both the Human resources functions .
- Responsible for documentation activities inside in the company .
- Responsible for any recruitment activities in the organization .
- Responsible for creating and implementing a strong performance management system and making sure it's implemented in the company.
- Responsible for organizing training and workshops the company need.
- Responsible for payroll activities and legal issues regarding different contracts.
Job Requirements
- 1 Year experience in HR field .
- Strong background in different HR functions
- High technical & analytical skills
- HR certificate is a plus
