- Follow up emails
- Prioritize dealing with the requests
- Handle inquiries and bookings from agents or companies local or international
- Transfer the request to BTC Dep. in case of individual request.
- Handling requests according to the department policy
- Dealing professionally with FIT requests or groups requests
- Check the rate on online system
- Check the rate on booking.com as a guideline, taking into consideration that this guideline is variable
- Comparing the rates and choosing the lowest ones
- Dealing directly with the required hotel to get special rate with a minimum 20% comparing to the lowest rate on booking.com
- Trying to get more than the above mentioned percentage "20% " in order to getting new clients and keeping the current clients
- Prompt dealing with the last minute request.
- 48 hours is a maximum period to handle the clients' requests.
- In case that the request takes more than 48 hrs to handle, you have to notify the client.
- Sending a confirmation email to the client to confirm the receipt of the request as soon as we received the email
- Promote and sell holiday and/or business travel products to customers.
- Deal with complicated customers itineraries
- Matching emails with reservation on the system
- Daily feedback of online bookings
- Daily report to follow up the pending requests with a clarification of the reason of suspension
- Insert the completed requests with all details
- Advise clients about different information related to travel services;
- Deal with complaints
- Having good communication with customers / suppliers and Hotels
- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts explaining new features.

- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Dealing directly with marketing department and promote special package as "Ready Made package : package with special rates " " Classic program : Hotels & Cruises "
- Working to achieve good profitability not less than 5% to 7 % or more than the market prices and Competitors survey
- Be creative and think out of the box
- Have good communication skills to deal with clients
- Have negotiation skills with hotels to get special rates
- Dealing with problems or obstacles without referring to the manager in case of serious cases.
- Will be under probation period for 6 months to be reviewed after one year regarding qualifications, performance and ability for the next step.
- Have to be committed to any variables or requirements for the work
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's Degree
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Good Communication skills
- Can learn required software applications
